Information you share
When you submit a procurement enquiry, we collect the name, organisation, email address, and requirements you provide. You may also provide a phone number, delivery region, meeting preference, timeframe, product selections, and indicative quantities. Please do not include patient information, medical records, or sensitive personal data.
How information is used
Medacsi Care uses enquiry information to respond to your request, discuss product and documentation requirements, arrange a procurement conversation, and prepare a commercial proposal. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and service providers
Enquiry records are stored on the website’s hosting account in a directory outside the public website. A notification containing the enquiry is also submitted to our sales mailbox. Hosting and email service providers process these records to operate those services. Access should be limited to people handling the enquiry and administering the website. To limit automated abuse, the form also records recent submission times against a hashed IP address. The hosting provider may maintain standard server access logs.
Cookies and browser storage
The enquiry form uses a temporary session cookie to protect submissions. Your selected equipment is saved in this browser’s local storage so that you can build an enquiry as you browse. You can remove selected products on the enquiry page or clear browser storage. This website does not include advertising or third-party analytics scripts.
Retention and requests
Enquiry information is kept for follow-up and the associated business relationship. You can ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion by contacting sales@medacsicare.com. Any applicable business record obligations may affect deletion.
