⏰ Order Cancellation – Full Refund
Cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order for a 100% refund.
After 30 minutes, cancellation fees will apply as processing has begun.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product received is not the same as ordered
- If there’s any part missing from the order
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, the item must be:
- Unused – No signs of use or wear
- Unassembled (if applicable)
- In original packaging with all manuals, tags, and accessories included

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used:
- Wheelchairs
- Walkers
- Rollators
- Shower & toilet support equipment
- Blood pressure monitors
- Glucose monitors and medical test strips
- Any product that shows signs of use, wear, or assembly
- Sale and clearance items

Opened or used medical items cannot be resold for hygiene and patient-safety reasons. Your safety and the safety of others is our priority.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or video of:
- The damaged item
- The product packaging
- Any visible defects
What Happens Next?
Once we review and confirm the issue:
- A replacement will be shipped at no cost, or
- A return authorization will be issued (depending on the case)

Refunds are not issued immediately for damaged claims. Verification is required to prevent fraudulent claims and ensure fair processing.
4. Return Approval Process

All approved refunds follow these guidelines:
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method

- Shipping fees are NOT refundable unless the return is due to our error
