Step 1: Contact our support team to initiate a return and receive your return authorization and shipping label
Step 2: Pack the item securely in original packaging
Step 3: Ship the item using the provided label
Step 4: Receive your refund within 5-7 business days
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away. We'll send you the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect one.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, if the order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us and we'll try to accommodate your request.
