8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

8.1 Order Cancellation – Full Refund
Cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order for a 100% refund. After 30 minutes, cancellation fees will apply as processing has begun.
8.2 Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product received is not the same as ordered
- If there’s any part missing from the order
Return Conditions: To be eligible for return, the item must be:
- Unused – No signs of use or wear
- Unassembled (if applicable)

- A replacement will be shipped at no cost, or
- A return authorization will be issued (depending on the case)
